The player gets to pick 1 out of 3 starting Avatars at the start of the game. Later in the game, the player will find other characters in the dungeons, and will then be able to switch avatars in the Armory section. All avatars can be found in the dungeons. Each avatar has its own unique ability, so has a bit more influence on gameplay.
Below each avatar's name, you will find a list of locations that can reward you with that hero.
